"I've been a loyal customer for years, so imagine my surprise when they sent me a non-renewable after filing a claim for a rock hitting my windshield. They said that due to my number of claims over the years, they would not renew my policy, even though most of my claims were not my fault and were from requesting towing services when my car broke down. Since I'm paying for towing coverage, I didn't realize that each call was a claim that was used against me as if it were an accident! If I would have known that I would have paid for towing myself! I submitted an appeal and it was denied, even though I now have a brand new 2023 that will not break down on me the same way my previous car did. I guess being a loyal customer means nothing. Insurance is such a scam."

"Insurance fraud. They took advantage of a mother of three children who runs her business out of her vehicle. I went in the office and specifically asked for coverage on my vehicle for business for rental reimbursement or rental coverage lost wage coverage. Along with full coverage on the vehicle under a business vehicle. They fired me into believing that my vehicle is covered and they put this basic full coverage for comprehensive and collision as a personal vehicle. I had an accident involving a deer or my vehicle was left at the intersection for over 7 hours before it was finally picked up. I didn't find out till the next day that I did not have rental reimbursement or rental coverage. My vehicle still has not made it to the repair facility and is somewhere in Atlanta which is way outside of where the accident happened it should be at classic collision center in Covington. This agency admitted that they had a fault but will not fix their fault and tries to blame me. I have never been treated so wrongly by an insurance company in my life. How can you live with yourself doing this to somebody"
